      Nice people to work with for the most part

      Cons

      Many company’s or tenants under “Monks” very unorganized and ambiguous of contributions. It’s almost like there is too many people in one kitchen and things are ever changing and never has a concrete foundation. Turn over is quick! So many lay offs and all of them are handled very unprofessionally to say the least.

      Shady company! Have been doing mass layoffs for the last 2 years…getting rid of people left and right with no warning. It’s a sinking ship!

      Good culture. Your co-workers will make it tolerable to work here. Very young. Very social atmosphere.

      Cons

      Don't expect raises every year. The work is production so don't expect a lot of creativity. Too many job titles that are misaligned.
