      Pros

      Management is fantastic (I know this may differ from program to program, and I might got lucky). This is the place where you can use all of your tech skills as well as communication. There is a lot to learn, and quite easy. Honest and professional feedback is one of the core values of the company. You have the freedom to do what you want if you sell the idea. There are priorities to follow, but still al lot of room to propose improvements, and those are going to be supported if appropriate

      Cons

      If you are not used to it and have a fragile ego (no offense, I have it myself), you will be struggling for some time to get used to loads of feedback. You might be lucky or not with the customer that you are working with

      Pros

      Tough to say anything good about this company. It’d say pay was pretty competitive. Healthcare was actually good.

      Cons

      Poor staffing Lazy (to non existent) leadership Over worked: working 50+ hours a week Poor resourcing: accounts are understaffed Random fire drills: we are frequently thrown random fire drills. Stop drop don’t do anything or you’ll get fired type thing. Everyone’s concerned about their job and looking over one’s shoulder. In the agency culture, there’s a lot of finger pointing and it’d say the amount of finger pointing going on here is ridiculous. If you like instability, working long hours, awful clients, junior people left and right this is the place for you.
