Pros

Paid way better than most ad agencies in the country. Actually had a good work-life balance and managed to get out at 5:30pm most of the time. At the beginning it had great team culture

Cons

Experienced growing pains due to team reorgs. Went from feeling like a family team that had good culture to a typical ad agency that sees the employees only as numbers

Pros

Huge company with a lot of growth opportunities and lateral transferring. Decent pay, great benefits, nice promises.

Cons

Even though they are making an effort to uphold diversity via Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), managerial ability/enrichment is far away from the base line. High-demand as it is a global marketing/advertising agency. Mediocre training and development/onboarding.
