Pros

High concentration of extremely talented, smart, engaged, motivated and kind people combined with a culture of extreme autonomy, agency, feedback and growth means no micromanagement and minimal bureaucracy. Just a bunch of talented people working together, doing our best work on ambitious projects. Strong year over year growth creates a lot of opportunity for individual growth. Lots of cultural diversity working fully remote with a globally distributed team, and mostly timezone aligned around ET. Interesting and diverse projects with cool clients.

Cons

High level of agency sometimes means less developed processes, standards and ways of working - you might need to create your own solution instead of looking to a standard playbook. Lack of transparency in promotion opportunities means that people in the inner circle get promoted while others may not be considered. This gets worse the higher up you go and disproportionately affects women and other historically underrepresented groups.

Pros

- Overall co-workers are great, smart people. Great client roster but the scope of creative work is limited and not as impressive as you may think. - Flexible with WFH

Cons

- Limited growth due to performance reviews getting postponed or cancelled altogether. - With so many mergers / acquisitions, hyper growth, and working virtually it's difficult to understand who is part of the company - Consistently said yes to more work than we were able to manage which often resulted in sub-par work - Senior management has little to no interaction or communication with teams unless you were part of the upper level management team
