Talented folks, passionate folks, high-level top of the line creative work and KIND staff. Variety of projects and remote.

Cons

Constantly working with new people can get confusing, but it somehow always worked out. Until...budget cuts, contracts changing = layoffs.

Lots of smart folks on the projects that I worked on and was good to be surrounded and pushed to perform better

Cons

Media transformation projects were sometimes launched with an unclear overhead objective and rather tasks that didn't all align to the same goal ultimately causing some confusion between teams
