Pros

Although they have fewer benefits over time, the ones they offer are very good. They host great events, and the flexibility to work from home is a big plus.

Cons

They have very rigid policies, the mindset towards employees has changed, and every all-hands meeting always comes with bad news—either they’re taking away a benefit or reporting a drop in performance metrics. Very poor management.

Home office from anywhere, no need to go to office 5 days a week.

Cons

All. The management is a chaos, they are still struggling to find their Northstar, they laid off a lot of relevant people to balance out their numbers but keep hiring managers, directors bla bla bla... More than 2 years here and barey learned anything, you need to push to be included in projects otherwise they ignore you, since the biggest team is in UK. On top of that, they promise you the world, growth etc, and they deliver nothing.
