      Great people, decent pay and inspiring work. Great place to be if you're a do-er and don't need a ton of structure or instructions to get things done.

      Cons

      Terrible resourcing. They use a percentage system (50% on one client, 50% on another project - but the reality is every team you're on wants 100% percent of your effort).
