Besides the fact that there are remote opportunities for clinicians there are no pros.

Cons

Too many to list. Suffice to say that the company will absolutely use you up and spit you out. They do not care about their employees at all. Departments are heavily solo’d and information isn’t freely shared. Leadership is reactive and protect the horrible people by silencing the good ones. If you MUST have a job and they’re hiring I get it but aside from that I’d advise you to find anywhere else. I worked there for over 2 years and never saw anyone promoted. They’re running largely on money from VC and debt

The absolute WORST culture I’ve ever been a part of! The only thing the CEO cares about is selling the company and everyone knows. You will get fired in a heartbeat if you aren’t in the clique…even then, you aren’t safe. They discard good people like they’re trash and promote other people because of who’s rear end they kiss. Best decision of my life when I left.

EMR is terrible documentation out of 2 systems that do not communicate, so duplicate charting Scheduling Constant change in how things are done Value based, but less visit time for visits, more patients and more ask to be done in visit with less time
