Work from home most days Mainly remote work Managers are remote as well Good communication with managers/clinical managers Good pay Great job orientation

Cons

Very disorganized Constantly change, nearly every single day Company is under 5 years old No real structure Patients feel “bothered” and “harassed” Call center is “disconnected” when it comes to patient care Too many chiefs not enough Indians They request licensed individuals to complete tasks in other states they are not licensed in…..BEWARE!

Pros

- remote/hybrid - great clients - great pay - "flexible" schedule

Cons

- start-up company going through constant changes - lack of communication and organization from top level - field clinicians experiences/suggestions don't seem to matter - lay offs/transfers/restructuring - too many different positions/people doing lots of different things - lack of sufficient staffing in some areas

Pros

The pay is good and the job is always changing so you'll learn a lot.

Cons

Literally anyone will step on you to save their own neck. It is not a collaborate environment. The expectations are unobtainable. High turnover. People are even quitting without backup plans because of the high level of abuse. Corporate frequently sends out policy changes that affect benefits and pay at the drop of a hat.
