Pros

Has some of the best directors I've ever worked for, but also the worst. Offers a freedom few companies have. Overall it's rarely a toxic work environment. At times the work life balance is pretty decent.

Cons

Low pay, expensive and crappy benefits, little PTO, will work you to the bone with constantly demanding deadlines for projects. There's honestly little to nothing monetarily the company has going for it.

Pros

Salary is competitive but so are hospitals- Mayo Clinic would be a better place to work if you do not like late shifts and lots of driving.

Cons

Although the salary is competitive , the travel and workload and task expectations are not aligned with NASW Ethical Standards of Practice.
