Remote setting is the only pro

Cons

Just a disaster. No one knows what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, can’t explain what they need or want to do. You have to work overtime to complete all the work that they throw at you and they don’t even ask if you have bandwidth or not. 100% not worth it

You will meet some great people below management level and one, maybe, two great managers. That's about it.

Cons

There is no structure at all or a path for career growth. They sell the idea of career growth in the interview process but there is none. No communication which creates a very confusing and toxic environment. Always hiring due to high turnover. HR is not on your side and will make the place feel like a daycare instead of a professional workplace

Pays well and the Tempe office is on the lake, very pretty

Cons

Call Center and operations leads are terrible. I'm-better-than-you attitudes, openly racist comments, lots of game-playing and bullying. Every 1-2 years the company overhauls its leaders and 30%++ of leaders across the company get fired.
