I couldn't be more happier working with Monogram Health! This is the most supporting and caring company that I have ever been apart of. From the receptionist to the founder they make sure that your taken care of, and that is very rare. I couldn't have chosen a better company to be apart of!

Pay was pretty good, but other than that it's nothing.

Cons

No work life balance. Constant changes that don't make sense. Unreasonable travel with poor compensation. Too many bosses with no qualifications and unrealistic expectations.
