      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everyone is out for themselves and will throw you under the bus to save themselves even if they are in the wrong.

      It can flexible which will allow you freedom as compared to being in the hospital setting.

      Cons

      Work week consists of 5 days. 2 tele days and 3 in the field. They will send you all over and don’t care about your drive time. The company is changing and they are starting to require more of the RN CM’s
