Pros

Leadership listens! Teammates are awesome! Working remote but never feel like you’re alone. Autonomy for field staff if you are willing to do the work you’re paid to do. Visit expectation weekly is less than HH or Hospice. Great mix of in-home vs. telephonic visits.

Cons

No complaints here. I want to retire from Monogram and still have 20+ years before I am retirement age.

Pros

Has some of the best directors I've ever worked for, but also the worst. Offers a freedom few companies have. Overall it's rarely a toxic work environment. At times the work life balance is pretty decent.

Cons

Low pay, expensive and crappy benefits, little PTO, will work you to the bone with constantly demanding deadlines for projects. There's honestly little to nothing monetarily the company has going for it.

Pros

Helping people with CKD is very rewarding for them when they are seeing the results. There is a lot of assistance with NPs and MDs within Monogram Health.

Cons

Too many to list 1) terrible scheduling 2) overlapping drive times 3) driving at least 80 miles per day and most days over 100 miles per day due to a lack of planning on scheduling team 4) managers who have no experience in the field 5) WAY too much expected from the nurse care managers and SWs. So many responsibilities that it’s impossible to keep up with and they continue to pile on daily visits regardless 6) terrible communication 7) if you leave and you haven’t been there a year, you lose your PTO. They will not pay it out So many more but this is just some of the main things that come to mind
