Pros

Work from home may be only pro

Cons

Low paying job compared to other remote roles in the same environment. Benefits terrible for a company that works with health insurance. Constantly says will be gaining new contracts though that has yet to be seen in my time there. Highly metric driven which is made worse with them constantly changing the targets every two weeks. They tell you what you want to hear during the hiring process but once in the job want you to do management level work for abysmal pay. People mention bonuses but that doesn’t apply to all positions. Patients are aggravated by the number of calls they receive from them and honestly it is almost on a harassment level with the amount of attempts they require.

Pros

The job pays good and you might get a bonus, which is cool. But the bosses mostly hire their friends instead of people who are really good or know a lot. They also seem really stressed all the time, and the workers don’t look happy.

Cons

lunches are super short like under 30 minutes and you have to squeeze them in between visits. It feels really rushed all the time. You’re booked all the time and expected to finish everything plus more.

Pros

Remote, flexible hours, good mission and business model has potential

Cons

Constant churn in both leadership and on the ground staff, poor change management, lack of transparency in decision making and lack of empowerment of folks doing the actual work, physician credentialing and licensing dept is a mess. All day and after hours call for medical directors is a badly designed and even more poorly executed.
