Good place to get work experience

Pros

If you are a recent college grad, this is a great place to start. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Very generous to students and puts them first at all times.

Cons

Can be somewhat of a monopoly sometimes, hard to move and grow for some people. Salary could be better, and we had to work long hours and weekends without being compensated.

Benefits are good, there are some great people at the college

Cons

Management micro manage a lot, they are not concerned about the well being of their students, they are just about numbers and getting money. They recruit a lot in the Caribbean, tell a bunch of lies to get the students to their school, then treat them terribly once they get to the US.

Faculty and staff are committed to student success and will go out of their way to provide assistance. Great team spirit among staff. Management is approachable and open to new ideas.

Cons

The college is progressive and sincerely tries to provide a high quality education for students and a good environment for staff. I have not experienced any cons yet.
