Pros

Early end on Fridays and summer hours. Inclusion with banquets and some other student events.

Cons

The management is too involved with the personal lives of employees and their is definitely preferential treatment of certain employees. A lot of empty promises and constant change of policies. I would not recommend them as an employer to anyone.

Pros

There used to be a sense of commitment to faculty, staff,and most of all students, not any more. This has all changed.

Cons

incompetent management,especially at the academic level, over focused on sports and international students, and less focused on the day to day commitments of our core students from the Bronx who make the this family rich. Under appreciative of real talent, over appreciative of employees who are willing to bow and scrape and do a dance to keep management smiling.

The location was easy to get to. The students were all nice

Cons

The pay was terrible and they are a private college owned by a family who employs family.. so they pretty much do what they want. They give the best raises, salaries and bonuses to their family members or to the people they like. If they like you they will create titles for you that never existed. They are very stingy with the salary and expect you to work 9000 hours.
