Pros

Alibris is very family oriented. You are able to take time off as needed to get your personal life dealt with. The work atmosphere is very good. Everyone cares about everyone else. There are one or two rotten eggs but isn't there everywhere. The folks at Alibris are easy to work with and the company likes to show their appreciation to their staff by throwing parties, picnics and other events on occasion.

Cons

They are few. Mostly the rotten eggs mentioned before. Sometimes the parking can be a pain. There are not many local choices for food but if you are willing to trek it or bring in your own then its not too bad.
