Pros

Not a fashion house so clients tend to be more cultured, most of the time. Company is quite accommodating to employee's relocation request and career advancement. Employees have opportunities to network with other stores and build relationships across the nation.

Cons

Management competency varies greatly across different stores; turnover rate is extremely high for a lot of stores. Employees' concerns and suggestions regarding store operation are rarely addressed. The benefits promised to employees are often overlooked.

Great product and a very high-end company

Cons

Working with no recognition. Work overload and doing 5 other departments job. Working weekends and night till 8pm. You can't have a life at all.
