Management in this company does not know the first thing about managing people, from the store manager to upper management. The high-pressure environment they create, takes its toll on the team and translates to the customer experience.

Manager and associates are a team meaning they push you to become the best as they know the market can fluctuate so perfecting those skills from training helps with great results

Cons

If you can’t take high stress high pace environment I would not recommend. Always be open to try new things
