      Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to work for.

      Pros

      Nothing positive to say about working for Montblanc.

      Cons

      Very poor management, unachievable targets based off an unfair roster whereby the boutique management has the same two consecutive RDO’s every week while other staff work a wildly inconsistent workweek. They were taken to Fair Work by more than one ex employee during the time I worked there. Every single employee besides the manager quit.

      No room for inside advancement

      Pros

      Great product and great people in service and at the boutiques.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have a clear understanding of company direction. And does not communicate with the boutiques. Every one is run as if they are independent companies.
