      No real negativ points, some collections were maybe a bit too much a fashion statement to me.

      Pros

      Montblanc gives good salaries to its employees in addition to a lot of benefits like discounts on products. Each extra hour can also be taken as holidays as hours are counted which helps prevent burnouts.

      Cons

      The company is quite hierarchical and not very fast paced. This is thus making changes in the organizational more challenging than in a smaller company/startup.
