Pros

Montblanc is a great company to work for. Colleagues like managers are really nice and human. There is a very good work life balance. I have started in March 2021 during covid and I got a very nice relocation package that avoids me a lot of stress. This is a great advantage. One month ago I got to attend my first afterwork event and it was great to get to know colleagues from other departments. I am so much looking forward to the next event.

Cons

Quite challenging to socialize with colleagues from other departments. The headquarters are in a location which is quite far from the city center and there is nothing around.

- friendly staff - goal-oriented - mostly wrapping gifts, need to practice to be quick especially during peak period and heavy crowds

Cons

- some staff may make you do all the stock count while they play with their phones or do other things, in a way taking advantage of you
