      Pros

      Young and international teams, strong values and people culture, dynamic working environment, great products! Great mobility options around the world. Employee discount up to 40% . 15 days of vacations per year, Home office 2 days per month.

      Cons

      The corporate office is not really friendly, the space is too small for all the employees. Very strict management, compensation a little below market, there is a high turnover rate in the teams. I feel there is no room for professional growth although the business performance is good. The local markets are very attached to international guidelines. The managers could consider more the employees opininion or suggestions, we dont feel appreciated.

      Pros

      I am impressed of talented people working in the Montlanc headquarter and doing excellent job everyday despite any difficulties, quite hectic deadlines, parallel multi-tasks, strong changing environment etc. I can rely on the best cooperation with other departments and solve all issues in the nearest time. As a newcomer I received a full real support from my colleagues and feel a part of the team from the beginning. I am very glad to work here.

      Cons

      Montblanc office is located a bit far from the city center and this is the one disadvantage I really see. Because when work is a pleasure, life is a joy and I feel comfortable to spend some extra time on the way to work (enjoy reading books e g)

      Pros

      friendly and smart people, diverse, big enough for international scope, small enough to know almost everyone, new ideas welcome, great products, can work remotely, good compensation

      Cons

      intense at times as most people have extensive responsibilities, some processes lacking leading to too much manual work
