Great work environment and team spirit. It is motivating to be part of a company with a creative potential like Montblanc. No matter in which product category you work, nothing is impossible and everyone can leave his mark!

Cons

However, definitely more job opportunities (carreer path) in HQ compare to subsidiaries :-(

- nice Colleagues - very fair salary - changing culture - very nice benefits: canteen, company pension scheme, washing service, networking events etc. - possibilities to present your own ideas - interesting mix of an international headquarter and a manufacture. - very international - flexible working hours Montblanc is always searching for new - the company is always interested in improvement!

Cons

- the location of the company is not so nice (Lurup), not in the city center - the offices are not so nice - agility needs improvement
