Best Managers ever! Nice products, designer and quality. I'm completely in love with the writing instruments. It's not a brand for everybody. You have to love it.

Cons

Nice place to work. Some categories are hard to sell. You need a goo knowledge and passion about collections.

Pros

Discounts on products. Local managers were great, but could only do so much. I feel bad for them. The tried to put a positive face on everything. They were considerite and positive. Now I work for a better brand, but my managers aren't as good. Guess it's a toss up.

Cons

They lure you in by telling you that as part of the Richemont family, you can transfer to another brand. The executive management is nonexistence, and since they all hate each other, only care about outdoing their peer. As an employee you are either ignored or put in the line of fire.

Long hours, poor training, no support, old systems, little inventory, damaged merchandise and the CEO is crazy!!!
