- Great brand - Great possibilities and opportunities for growth - Profitable like most luxury brands - Above average salary and benefts - European work-life balance culture (depending on which team)

Cons

- Very bad leardership: more than half of the problems of the company exists because there is a diffuse leadership, or complete lack of it. - Excessivelly political: too much red tape, coming mostly from the parent company - French connection is a real thing - Very old school in many ways: Processes, technology, people's minds
