Part of Richemont which means discounts on other products, good benefits, PTO, decent pay.

Cons

The entire place from Montblanc to Richemont is run by French people. If you are French you can get away with doing nothing and probably be praises. If you aren’t French, get ready to do a lot of work that will never be good enough and never get promoted. Richemont likes to say they have opportunities to transfer to other brands, but this is extremely difficult to do.
