Pros
Friendly team members and staff, lovely contained campus where you can take walks and eat good food, your pay goes up incrementally every year you're there, lots of downtime in the months when students aren't around
Cons
Lots of downtime in the months when students aren't around (yes, this is a pro and a con), higher management is terrible at communicating and doesn't seem to care much about staff; we are not spoken to unless we've done something they don't like and in school-wide communications from higher up, the emails rarely mention us, only students of faculty. It takes months--even years--to move on big projects, the red tape is unbelievable. If you don't like slow-moving jobs, you may not like working here
