Pros
Loved my coworkers/managers, they cared about their employees a LOT. the job was extremely well-organized and I always felt supported and well-considered. Wages were fair, appropriate for the work.
Cons
I gave 4/5 for work/life balance because there were a lot of things that needed to be taken care of outside of the "working hours," but it was ok because as a part-time worker you are compensated for that, and you could get it done on your own time (within reason).
