      Not too stressful work environment

      Cons

      Small world. People talk around the campus. Might cost you your job. pres and vp's will unfairly let you go if the word gets to their office from someone in their circle.

      Pros

      The majority of my students are engaged and interested in the subject matter. I have a great deal of autonomy in creating my course content.

      Cons

      I basically report to nobody. No one is checking on me, which is fine, but when I have a question, I have no idea where to go. Some of my students lack the basic skills they need to be able to succeed in classes like mine.
