      Interesting co-workers, good research, great location, flexible work hours, no micromanagement

      Cons

      Disorganized, weak upper management, not much job security, each department has it's own way of working, some better, some very poor

      Experience with diverse student body, great for your CV.

      Cons

      Payroll makes a lot of mistakes. Lots of work for low pay. One office for all adjuncts in the department.

      Hard working professors. Good support staff. Good atmosphere. Good course offerings. Great facilities and it department.

      Not enough interaction with staff. More help for new people.
