Pros

The students are amazing- so talented and eager to learn. My fellow adjuncts were great. Campus is beautiful. Pension is generous.

Cons

Facilities in my department were garbage- leaky roofs, no temperature regulation, insects, not ADA accessible. Toxic leadership within the department. President is dismissive of departmental concerns and needs. Dean of the college is a bag of hot air. No benefits for adjuncts, working contract to contract. Let go for flimsiest of reasons.
