      Pros

      Easy and stress-free environment. They also sponsor visa for international students. Overall it is good place to work if your significant other has high stress jobs. Since it is a state university, you will get benefit for state employees which will help a lot in travel, car rental, parks, hotel reservations, etc. Also you will get a good work-life balance. Also offers tuition reimbursement up to some extents.

      Cons

      Pay is lower. Growth opportunities are less since people tend to hold on to their jobs.
