Pros
- The community at Montclair is more inclusive, creative, and diverse than anywhere else I have worked. - All departments interact and collaborate on projects to create a cohesive - The benefits included are truly beneficial and directors/higher ups encourage all to take full advantage of your employee benefits. - The campus is beautiful and up-to-date with the latest technologies, buildings, and work schedules. Hybrid work schedules are still in effect for those who want to choose that type of work style.
Cons
I take the train to work and the train schedules are not the most frequent, however- the train is still worth taking since I don't need to worry about a car or parking!
