Good work life balance and reputable brand the industry.

Cons

Completely toxic environment to work in. Racism and discrimination occurred at times and no one seemed to care. The company is led by a flank of senior management who had no idea how to plan long term but spent everyday playing politics. Favouritism is much of a thing depends on your nationality, sex, sexuality. There is not much fairness in territory assignment.
