      Pros

      Good culture, good benefits, lots of groups to try out potentially, nice small cafeteria with discounted food. Positive people. Office and manufacturing located together, facilitating communication.

      Cons

      Not much to do as an intern. Kind of boring as an engineer, unless you have a significant role, resulting in more frequent trips to the manufacturing workers.

      Interesting work, lots of available learning resources.

      Cons

      Clannish, if you are not a member of the right football tailgate party, do not expect a promotion. Pay, the incentive structure is designed so that the best annual increase to be expected is less than the COL, effectively taking a pay cut every year.
