      Pros

      Flexible time off is nice but some managers put a limit on it so it really defeats the purpose.

      Cons

      No room for career growth. Too top heavy Management doesn’t listen. Communication is nonexistent.

      Pros

      I have been working with Moog since 2016, and have perform different roles in three different location. The professional journey within Moog has been exciting. Lots to learn and contribute. Our People and Our Culture makes the difference.

      Honestly, I don't have any cons to share, my experience has been great, and I am proudly part of this beautiful team.

      Pros

      Moog cares -- about its customers, about the environment, and about its employees. Moog provides excellent benefits; fully remote work, unlimited planned time off as well as unplanned time off. Full insurance selection. Best of all, this is a group of positive, co-worker-supportive people with a great sense of humor.

      Cons

      IT support is outsourced and not very helpful.
