      I get to show up everyday and have my ideas heard. We are an innovative and creative organization that likes to try new things and learn from failures.

      Cons

      The organization is has been growing at a rapid pace and is now starting to look at strategy and how to develop talent internally. It has been growth mode for so long and nice to see a more meaningful approach to things.
