The people - everyone is great, happy and helpful The pay - we have great benefits and great competitive pay

Cons

The company has grown tremendously and is does not have the same feeling to it that it did years ago. Some say our culture and values are slipping - that just comes from growth and changes. There has been a lot of changes over the past couple of years - hard to keep up with.

Pros

I work at a relatively small facility so I get to wear many hats in my role. I rarely need to work over 40 hours and the benefits are great! The company as a whole is pretty big so I also benefit from the stability of a large company.

Cons

The salary is not very competitive for the area and similar roles.

Cons

Work is in silo's, people may not know what happens on the other side of the cube wall. Management can be disengaged. As a white guy, even I see there is a formidable glass ceiling.
