      • diverse machining processes: turning, milling, gear hobbing/shaping/cutting/grinding, power skiving, jig grinding, honing, broaching • NADCAP certified chemical processing: anodize, chrome, cadmium, etc. • paint and masking department • heat treat and hardness testing in-house • assembly & test performed in-house • AS9100 Certified • 9/80 schedule, travel, "unlimited" vacation • medium site, ~800 employees • low turnover, many employees with 40+ years of experience

      • pay is below other companies' average • small teams with few resources from corporate • corporate HQ is in NY, satellite offices are not equal • some ineffective managers are practically "tenured" • no stock awards, only ESPP

      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. The company really focusus on people. Lots of perks (medical center, sports leagues, employee events) Feels like they really want you to succeed. Focuses on you and improving your self.

      Cons

      Being an international company it is sometimes difficult to get things done easily (access to certain programs, easily find what you need). Many locations do not have set standards.
