Pros

Benefits are beyond industry standard. They provide on-site Doctors, PT, Eye care, and pharmacy. The workers really care about eachother and there is a level of community in one another. Ability to expand knowledge with training and certificates and tuition reimbursement. Work life balance is better than most companies.

Cons

Moog has changed over covid. The older Moog culture is a thing of the past. Very corporate vibes across the company. There are a lot of managers, and less workers to do the work so it can be very stressful. It takes a LOT of time for you to see progress in your career. Growth is slower than average.

Opportunity for growth and career development for those that choose to work beyond their job description. Highly supportive of expanding employee learning and education. Support community involvement. A very good company for those who may have worked for other much larger companies or have nothing else to compare it to.

Cons

Have drifted from the core values and culture that built the company. To those employees that have been with the company for many years it has become almost unrecognizable. This has led to many talented people leaving out of frustration. Benefits have been taken away from those with many years of seniority disguised as "more progressive and competitive" benefits for the new hires.
