There is opportunity to learn how your job contributes to the company's success and profitability and learn and share valuable information for personal growth. The company is big and diverse, so if business is down for one division it will be up or stable for another, ensuring an overall healthy company.

Cons

Moog strives to train and retain it's employees. That is great unless we accidentally hire someone who is not a good fit for the company culture. If that happens, especially at a manager level, good employees may leave their department or the company to get away from a short-term toxic environment.
