      Pros

      Hybrid working but only if you're office staff. Free coffee. Medical costs. Good place to carry on until retirement or redundancy.

      Cons

      In the last few years its gone downhill. New building looks great but not fit for use. Shift allowance changed last year and now worse for day staff. Losing culture new staff in past few years not joining in. Now losing good people to places paying more

      - Massive lack of diversity - Company feels older and mature. Lots of people stay for 10+ years. Can be a con for those who want a faster paced workplace
