      Outstanding culture and collaborative environment. Great opportunity for finance professionals to partner with the business and drive results. Ability to have a challenging and rewarding career & growth while exercising autonomy and balancing work and life.

      Cons

      Legacy systems and processes - while great at their inception there are many systems/tools/processes that have become outdated or Moog has outgrown. We are undergoing various transformations/upgrades to address this and are probably not unique in this problem, but it is a challenge and will take time to remediate.
