Company culture is very welcoming, people are great to work with and easy to talk to. The technology I work in is cutting edge and exciting to be a part of

At times Moog feels like a small community but when it comes to change and processes, it struggles with getting things done quickly.

Usual benefits, 401k, Medicare / health insurance, and employee support.

Cons

No flexible shifts (yet) it's 6 am - 2:30 / 3:30 pm unless you work part time 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. Management no longer seems to do write-ups for employees unless it's serious and employee needs to be removed from company, this is bad considering I have been threatened twice by employees using death threats and the police were not called and employee was not removed from property. Overtime is only available if needed, and you have to ask for it if available, it's not given to you.
