HR is incompetent. They encourage people to apply to job postings and then ghost them when they do. Have had several instances where recruiters reach out and then you never get your interview scheduled.

Literally can't get fired. Good benefits. Lots of great folks to work with.

Cons

Moog was an incredibly dynamic company 30 years ago. Now is tragically trapped in management death loops. Every 6-12 months there is another reorg that just ends in a 30% increase in management head count. The red tape has left the company increasingly unable to meet industry needs. HR issues have piled up and only serve to protect the offender and have helped foster a toxic atmosphere.
