      The culture allows for a lot of autonomy in the role and allows for employees to come up with their own ideas and solutions for challenges faced.

      Cons

      There are times where working nights is required given the global span of the company and need to work with individuals from other countries and time zones.

      Pros

      Expect to be challenged in a rewarding way. Long hours can happen, but the PTO plan helps balance everything out. The benefits are competitive, and the company values are genuinely reflected in the culture. You'll work with good people and contribute to meaningful work.

      Global company with a presence in niche sectors, which can make it challenging to maintain consistency across divisions or implement changes that work universally. Adaptability is key, but alignment across all areas can be difficult.

      The culture here is unmatched. Moog takes care of their employees; we are not just a number here.

      I cannot think of any cons. I have been here for two years, absolutely love it, and am grateful to be a part of this company.
