      Great group of people to work with. Hybrid work schedule Excellent benefits including flexible planned vacation, profit sharing bonus, onsite pharmacy, onsite Physical Therapy and Optometrist Community volunteering opportunities

      Non-competitive pay, doesn't keep up. Not a lot of room to grow. High turnover C-Suite has a stranglehold on promotions, raises, and hiring, management doesn't challenge Will continue to demand more from current employees instead of filling roles
