Business Outlook
Pros
Moog is an extremely friendly and motivating company. All employees have been very personable and the company legitimately cares about their employee's wellbeing. It is also self motivation driven, there's an expectation of working hard but there is also the freedom to choose how and when that work is done within reason.
Cons
There are long hours (9hr day) with only a 30min lunch break. People have also not been given wage increases that reflect the work they take on over time. Most of the holidays also land on Fridays we have off and the result is having to make up an extra hr (holiday only covers 8 of the 9 hrs)
